Shipping policy

All gloves for public sales are pre-made. We do not take pre-orders for individual sales. If the glove you would like is listed as out of stock, please request a restock and upon the next update, we will prioritize gloves with requests. If a restock is requested an email will be sent when there are more of that desired glove. Processing time is 3-5 Business Days. This does not include shipping time.

For University Sales, Our processing time is 15 business days. This does not include shipping time. We reserve the right to extend processing time prior to accepting the invoice. Processing time does not start until your items are off of the wait list.

Faster shipping can be requested, however, expedited shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. A tracking number is assigned when your order is ready to be shipped.
